• Running Medical Specialist Programs for Medical Doctors who aspire to become Specialist in conjunction with the Royal Colleges of the UK
• Conduct Wellness programs and disease screening for the general public with the cooperation and support of the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

During his tenure in the NHS, his main role in addition to his clinical role was to turn around struggling management teams in hospitals that were flagged for overspending. He was sought after for restructuring several hospitals to reduce
operational costs, especially in addictions. He was one of the few licensed by the Home Office to prescribe Heroin in NHS hospitals. He had to leave the UK at the peak of his career to return home to Malaysia to care for his ailing mother. Once again he entered the Pharma industry as Head of Medical Affairs for Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals for the ASEAN region. Ranbaxy is considered as second largest generic medicines producer. During this time he was able to cross-cover Middle Eastern markets as well. Leaving Ranbaxy after 2 years, Dr. Selvam took up academic positions at local universities. Once again applying his corporate knowledge to use, he helped to fine-tweak systems in the universities and rose from Associate professor to full professor and subsequently served as a Dean of medical faculty at 2 major universities.
Being interested in preventive medicine he is passionate about bringing the right treatment for many ailments to reduce people’s suffering. In addition, he wishes to prevent major illnesses from recurring by promoting comprehensive medical care. Dr.Selvam is a person who believes in the quality of care is most important.
