Job Description
To ensure the customer satisfaction thru deliver the consistent quality product by continual upgradation of technologies, process & system.
Key role and responsibilities:
· Verification of incoming Inspection as per incoming Inspection Standard or Control Plan.
· Daily PDI Report Completion & submit to customer.
· Monitoring the Supplier rejection, (Supplier QFR & CAPA Verification)
· Supplier control & supplier upgradation by system & process, product Audit.
· Customer Complaint handling & Corrective Action Implementation for Customer Complaint.
· Quality rating Improvement Analysis & Action Implementation.
· To implement the QMS, System in your Respective Warehouse.
· Conducted the internal Audit as per plan for QMS, in your Respective Warehouse.
· Prepared the internal Audit report & communicate the NC to Concern Dept for Closer Action.
· Customer Dashboard Parameter monitoring & Action Implementation.
· Verification of incoming parts as per R.I std.
· Layered Audit, DCOK Audit, trolley Bin Audit,
· APQP Implementation at Supplier end as well our Warehouse end.
· Knowledge of Core Manual APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
· Knowledge of 1S0: 9001 2015 & IATF 16949:2016
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a similar field
· 4-8 Years experience
· Good communication skills
